Our Service allows you to create, edit, and share design content, browse our portfolio, and engage with our creative services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

User Accounts & Responsibilities
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself.
Users under 18 years of age must have parental consent to use our services. We reserve the right to verify age and parental consent at any time.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DesignsVault and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You retain rights to content you submit, subject to our license to use such content.
Design files created during our service engagement remain our property until final payment is received. Upon payment completion, you receive a license to use the designs for the agreed-upon purposes.
Payment Terms & Refunds
All payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in your project agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees and suspend work on your project until payment is current.
Refunds are available within 14 days of initial payment if no significant work has been completed. Custom work and rush jobs are non-refundable once production begins.
Revision policies are clearly defined per service package. Additional revisions beyond the included number may incur extra charges based on hourly rates.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. Emergency maintenance may occur with minimal notice.
For custom design projects, typical delivery timelines range from 5-15 business days depending on complexity and scope. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
Client response times significantly impact project timelines. If client feedback is delayed beyond 5 business days, we reserve the right to adjust completion dates and timelines.

We reserve the right to decline projects that conflict with our values, involve illegal content, or violate intellectual property rights.
Liability Limitations
In no event shall DesignsVault be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for third-party actions, content, or services that may be linked from our platform.
